French Pizza

Ingredients (4 servings):

•    1 pack (500gr) of T.S.T Mozzarella Cheese
•    1 pack of Shiravaran Italian Pizza Dough
•    3 large red onions
•    4 garlic cloves
•    200 gr mushroom
•    1 tbsp thyme powder
•    4 tbsp ketchup sauce
•    1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
•    Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat the bottom heat of oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), and let it warm enough to bake Pizza.
Coat the baking tray with oil to keep the pizza from sticking to the tray.

Heat oil in a deep saucepan over medium heat. Chop onions and mushrooms finely, and when the oil is hot enough for frying, pour them inside the saucepan. Add some turmeric, salt and pepper, stir to combine, and saute for several minutes. Then, remove the saucepan from the heat to be cold.
Bring out the Shiravaran Italian Pizza (containing 6 doughs) from freezer. take enough dough from the package and return the rest to the freezer. Discard the plastic sheets of the doughs and put them on the baking tray while they are still frozen.

Grate the garlic cloves and spread over the dough with ketchup sauce, up to the edges, and rub smoothly, then sprinkle grated T.S.T cheese (reserve 100 gr) over pizzas. Spread onion and mushroom mixture over the cheese layer. At the end, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

Put the baking tray in the middle rack of oven, and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the oven lower heat. Turn on the upper heat, and cook pizzas for 10 minutes. When top of pizzas became golden and the cheese on top melted, remove them from the oven, place fresh parsley leaves on top, cut pizza and serve.
