Directions:
In a bowl, marinade the chicken with 1/2 teaspoon ground garam masala, minced fresh ginger, black pepper, lemon juice, yogurt, and cinnamon, and keep in the refrigerator for at least an hour .
Line a layer of aluminum foil in a baking pan for grilling. Spread the marinated chicken in a single layer on the pan, discard the remaining marinade. Grill the chicken at 450F for 6-7 minutes, turning at half time.
Remove the chicken from the pan when it is done and discard the juice.
Heat a small saucepan and melt the butter. Sauté the garlic and jalapeno until aromatic. Add 1/2 teaspoon ground garam masala and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.Remove the jalapeno and discard.
For preparing the sauce, mix 150 gr ketchup sauce, 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, and 2 tablespoons fresh cream. Then, add it to the saucepan, and stir well to mix.
Sprinkle salt to taste and continue to simmer until the sauce thickens, another 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the chicken meat into the sauce and mix well.
Preheat the bottom heat of oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), and let it warm enough to bake Pizza.
Coat the baking tray with oil to keep the pizza from sticking to the tray.
Bring out the Shiravaran Italian Pizza (containing 6 doughs) from freezer. take enough dough from the package and return the rest to the freezer. Discard the plastic sheets of the doughs and put them on the baking tray while they are still frozen.
Drizzle some olive oil over the doughs, and rub smoothly. Pour the chicken mixture over them and scatter with a spoon. Then, sprinkle grated T.S.T cheese (reserve 100 gr) over pizzas.
Place onion slices over chicken pieces. At the end, sprinkle the rest of the cheese over pizzas, and add some fresh parsley or cilantro on top.
Put the baking tray in the middle rack of oven, and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the oven lower heat, and turn on the upper heat. Cook pizzas for 10 more minutes.
When top of pizzas became golden and the cheese on top melted, remove them from the oven, spread rest of the fresh parsley or cilantro over them, and serve.
