Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients (4 servings):

•    1 pack (500gr) of T.S.T Mozzarella Cheese
•    1 pack of Shiravaran Italian Pizza Dough
•    4 cups fresh spinach, chopped
•    4 garlic cloves, grated
•    1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
•    1 boneless and skinless chicken breast, chopped
•    100 gr grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat the bottom heat of oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), and let it warm enough to bake Pizza.
Coat the baking tray with oil to keep the pizza from sticking to the tray.

Grease a medium saucepan with some oil and put over medium heat.
Saute spinach with garlic in the saucepan and stir occasionally, until spinach is wilted, and garlic is tender. Than transfer the saucepan from the heat.

Bring out the Shiravaran Italian Pizza (containing 6 doughs) from freezer. take enough dough from the package and return the rest to the freezer.
Discard the plastic sheets of the doughs and put them on the baking tray while they are still frozen.

Spread Alfredo sauce over the  Shiravaran doughs up to the edges and rub smoothly, then sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over pizzas.
Next, Pour spinach mixture over them. Spread a thin layer of T.S.T mozzarella cheese over spinach and garlic. Place chicken pieces over pizzas, and at the end, sprinkle the rest of mozzarella cheese over pizzas.

Put the baking tray in the middle rack of oven, and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the oven lower heat. Turn on the upper heat, and cook pizzas for 10 minutes.
When top of pizzas became golden, remove them from the oven, and serve.
