Shrimp Pizza

Ingredients (4 servings):

•    1 pack (500gr) of T.S.T Mozzarella Cheese
•    1 pack of Shiravaran Italian Pizza Dough
•    300 gr shrimp, peeled and deveined
•    1 medium onion, chopped
•    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
•    1 green sweet pepper, chopped
•    100 gr sliced mushroom
•    4 tbsp ketchup sauce
•    5 pitted olives
•    4 garlic cloves, grated
•    oregano, salt and pepper to taste


Preheat the bottom heat of oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), and let it warm enough to bake Pizza.
Coat the baking tray with oil to keep the pizza from sticking to the tray.

Saute the shrimps with some turmeric, salt and small amount of oil, in a saucepan over a medium heat for 2 or 3 minutes. Just a few roast is enough, then transfer the shrimps to a dish and put aside.

Bring out the Shiravaran Italian Pizza (containing 6 doughs) from freezer. take enough dough from the package and return the rest to the freezer.
Discard the plastic sheets of the doughs and put them on the baking tray while they are still frozen.

Spread grated garlic, and sauce over the doughs and rub smoothly, then sprinkle some T.S.T mozzarella cheese over pizzas. Place onion, tomato, sweet pepper, shrimp, mushroom, and olive in order, over the doughs. Add oregano, salt and pepper. Then sprinkle the rest of T.S.T grated cheese on top.

Put the baking tray in the middle rack of oven, and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the oven lower heat, and turn on the upper heat.
After 10 minutes, check the pizzas, when top of pizzas became golden, remove them from the oven, and serve.
