Sausage and Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients (4 servings):

•    1 pack (500gr) of T.S.T Mozzarella Cheese
•    1 pack of Shiravaran Italian Pizza Dough
•    250 gr sausages
•    1 cup chopped onions
•    200 gr mushroom, chopped
•    1 cup chopped sweet pepper (red or green)
•    50 gr chili sauce
•    50 gr grated Parmesan cheese
•    8 cherry tomato
•    100 gr pitted olives
•    2 tbsp olive oil


Directions:

Preheat the bottom heat of oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), and let it warm enough to bake Pizza.
Coat the baking tray with oil to keep the pizza from sticking to the tray.

Heat the olive oil in a  a large saucepan over medium heat. Cut sausages, add them to the saucepan, and saute for about 3 minutes. Add onion and mushroom and  cook for 4 minutes. Stir in sweet pepper and saute for 2 minutes.

Bring out the Shiravaran Italian Pizza (containing 6 doughs) from freezer. take enough dough from the package and return the rest to the freezer.
Discard the plastic sheets of the doughs and put them on the baking tray while they are still frozen.

Spread chili sauce over the doughs (to the edges). Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the sauce, and add some T.S.T grated cheese on top. Spread sausage mixture over pizzas, and top with the rest of cheese.
Place cherry tomatoes and olives on top.

Put the baking tray in the middle rack of oven, and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the oven lower heat, and turn on the upper heat. Cook pizzas for more 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese over them, be melted and golden.
