Salami and Tomato Pizza

Ingredients (4 servings):

•    1 pack (500gr) of T.S.T Mozzarella Cheese
•    1 pack of Shiravaran Italian Pizza Dough
•    200 gr mushrooms
•    200 gr cherry tomato
•    200 gr meat salami
•    4 garlic cloves, grated
•    100 gr black olives
•    1 tbsp dried thyme, crushed
•    Salt and pepper to taste



Directions:

Preheat the bottom heat of oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), and let it warm enough to bake Pizza.

Grease the baking tray. Bring out the Shiravaran Italian Pizza pack (containing 6 doughs) from freezer.
Take enough dough from the package and put the rest in freezer. Remove the plastic sheets of the doughs and put them on the baking tray while they are still frozen.

Spread grated garlic over the doughs with a spoon, then pour 1 or 2 ketchup sauce over them and rub smoothly. sprinkle dried thyme over the doughs evenly, and spread some T.S.T grated cheese on them.
Then put tomato and salami slices on pizzas and add mushroom, sweet pepper, and olives.

Put the baking tray in the middle rack of oven, and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the oven lower heat, and turn on the upper heat. Cook pizzas for more 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese over them, be melted and golden.
you can decorate pizzas using some fresh basil before serve.
