Chicken Pesto Pizza

Ingredients (4 servings):

•    1 pack (500gr) of T.S.T Mozzarella Cheese
•    1 pack of Shiravaran Italian Pizza Dough
•    1 large chicken breast, cut into cubes
•    2 large tomatoes
•    1 cup of pesto sauce
•    Fresh basil, chopped
•    Salt and pepper to taste


 
Directions:

Preheat the bottom heat of oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), and let it warm enough to bake Pizza.
Pour cubed chicken breasts in a saucepan with some oil, salt and pepper, and cook for 10 minutes on a medium heat. Cut tomatoes into thin slices.Grease the baking tray. Bring out the Shiravaran Italian Pizza pack (containing 6 doughs) from freezer. Take enough dough from the package and put the rest in freezer. Remove the plastic sheets of the doughs and put them on the baking tray while they are still frozen. Spread pesto sauce over the doughs with a spoon. Try to use more sauce on the edges of the dough. Spread 100 gr (1/5 of package) of the grated T.S.T Cheese over the doughs. Spread cooked cubed chicken over the doughs, put tomato slices on the top. Then pour the rest of the grated Cheese over pizzas.
Put the baking tray in the middle rack of oven, and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the oven lower heat, and turn on the upper heat. Cook pizzas for more 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese over them, be melted and golden.
Before serving, spread some fresh chopped basil over pizzas.
