Ham and Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients (4 servings):

•    1 pack (500gr) of T.S.T Mozzarella Cheese
•    1 pack of Shiravaran Italian Pizza Dough
•    200 gr Chicken Ham
•    200 gr mushrooms
•    50 gr green pitted olive
•    4 large garlic cloves, grated
•    100 gr ketchup sauce
•    Salt and pepper to taste
•    1/2 tbsp dried thyme,crushed


Preheat the bottom heat of oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), and let it warm enough to bake Pizza.
Chop chicken ham with a knife, don't make them too fine. Cut mushrooms into thin slices, and cut olives into rings. Grease the baking tray. Bring out the Shiravaran Italian Pizza pack (containing 6 doughs) from freezer. Take enough dough from the package and put the rest in freezer. Remove the plastic sheets of the doughs and put them on the baking tray while they are still frozen. Spread grated garlic over the doughs and rub smoothly, repeat the same for sauce. Sprinkle dried thyme over doughs. Note that 2 tbsp of ketchup sauce is enough for every pizza dough. Spread the grated T.S.T Cheese over the doughs and keep 1/5 of that to use in the final step. put mushrooms and chicken ham slices on the pizzas. Then sprinkle the rest of cheese over them, and put the olive rings over pizzas. If you like your pizza with thick and puffed-up edges, you can roll edges (see the image). Then you should rub some sauce over the edges.
Put the baking tray in the middle rack of oven, and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the oven lower heat, and turn on the upper heat.  Cook pizzas for more 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese over them, be melted and golden.
For decoration, you can put some fresh basil leaves or other vegetables over pizzas before serving.
