Iran Agro Food 2014 will be held from May30-June02, 2014 (fro 9:00 am till 4:00 pm) at Tehran International Permanent Fairgrounds. The Shiravaran/T.S.T stand in halls 10-11, will be open to visitors and fans .

Chili French Fries

Ingredients: (Original recipe makes 8 servings) • (32 ounce) package T.S.T frozen French fries • 1/2 tablespoons lemon pepper • tablespoons dried red pepper seasoning • tablespoon garlic powder • black pepper to taste • 2 pinches chili powder • 1/4 cup butter Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). 2. Place French fries in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle lemon pepper, red pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and chili powder over the French fries, and stir to distribute seasonings evenly. 3. Divide the butter into 4 pats, and place one pat in each corner. 4. Bake French fries until crispy and lightly browned, about 15 minutes.

Ingredients (12 servings) • 1 pound lean ground beef • (32 ounce) jar T.S.T Ketchap sauce • 3 cups T.S.T Grated Mozzarella Cheese • 2 eggs • 2 teaspoons dried parsley • salt • ground black pepper to taste • 9 lasagna noodles • 1/2 cup water • 1 pack of T.S.T Pizza Cheese Directions 1. In a large skillet over medium heat brown the ground beef. Drain the grease. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 5 minutes. 2. In a large bowl, mix together 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese, eggs, dried parsley, salt and ground black pepper. 3. To assemble, in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish evenly spread 3/4 cup of the sauce mixture. Cover with 3 uncooked lasagna noodles, 1 3/4 cup of the cheese mixture, and 1/4 cup sauce. Repeat layers twice. Top with 3 noodles, remaining sauce, remaining mozzarella. cover the Lasagna with T.S.T Pizza Cheese. 4. Add 1/2 cup water to the edges of the pan. Cover with aluminum foil. 5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F(175 degrees C) oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Mozzarella and Chicken Rolls

INGREDIENTS • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken • 150 gr cream cheese, softened • 1/3 cups sour cream • 1/2 cups salsa • 1 pack (180 gr) T.S.T Mozzarella Cheese • 2 cups chopped baby spinach, stems removed • Shiravaran Piroshki Dough • vegetable or canola oil, for frying • salt and pepper DIRECTIONS Heat oil in a sauce pan on medium heat. In a large bowl mix together the chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, T.S.T Mozzarella Cheese and spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste. Once oil is hot enough, add a few tablespoons of chicken/cream cheese mixture to the center of a Shiravaran Piroshki Dough and spread out. Roll up and set seam side down in oil using tongs. Cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat until all the doughs are filled, rolled and fried. Set on paper towels to drain. Serve warm and ENJOY!
