Buffalo Chicken Pizza

Ingredients (4 servings):

•    1 pack (500gr) of T.S.T Mozzarella Cheese
•    1 pack of Shiravaran Italian Pizza Dough
•    100 gr creamy cheese
•    2 chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped
•    4 garlic cloves
•    1 tbsp thyme powder
•    1/2 cup red chili sauce
•    Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

Preheat the bottom heat of oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), and let it warm enough to bake Pizza.
Coat the baking tray with oil to keep the pizza from sticking to the tray.

Bring out the Shiravaran Italian Pizza (containing 6 doughs) from freezer. take enough dough from the package and return the rest to the freezer. Discard the plastic sheets of the doughs and put them on the baking tray while they are still frozen.

Saute cheese in a small saucepan, stir occasionally to avoid sticking to the saucepan. When cheese melted, spread along with the grated garlic over the doughs, and rub with a spoon. Sprinkle grated T.S.T cheese (reserve 100 gr) over pizzas.

Sprinkle thyme powder, and salt over the cheese layer, and place chicken slices on top. Then, draw some parallel lines with red chili sauce over pizzas. At the end, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
 
Put the baking tray in the middle rack of oven, and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the oven lower heat. Turn on the upper heat, and cook pizzas for 10 minutes. When top of pizzas became golden and the cheese on top melted, remove them from the oven, and serve.
