Neapolitan Pizza

Ingredients (4 servings):

•    1 pack (500gr) of T.S.T Mozzarella Cheese
•    1 pack of Shiravaran Italian Pizza Dough
•    200 gr chicken ham
•    1 tbsp tomato paste
•    1 tbsp pesto sauce
•    4 tablespoonful ketchup sauce
•    4 large mushrooms
•    1 onion
•    4 garlic cloves, grated
•    1 small sweet pepper
•    100 gr pitted black olives
•    50 gr grated Parmesan cheese
•    1/2 tbsp thyme, crushed
•    1/2 tbsp dried basil, crushed
•    salt and pepper to taste



Directions:

Preheat the bottom heat of oven to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F), and let it warm enough to bake Pizza.
Chop chicken ham, mushrooms,sweet pepper, and onion very fine, and add grated garlic, dried thyme, pesto sauce, and Parmesan cheese. Mix them with a fork but do not smash them.

Grease the baking tray. ‌Bring out the Shiravaran Italian Pizza (containing 6 doughs) from freezer. take enough dough from the package and put the rest in freezer. Remove the plastic sheets of the doughs and put them on the baking tray while they are still frozen.

Spread 1 tbsp of ketchup sauce over each dough and rub smoothly. Spread some T.S.T Mozzarella Cheese over them. Pour the mixture over the doughs and spread them on the dough surface. Finally cover the pizza with pizza cheese, and sprinkle some dried basil on top.

Put the baking tray in the middle rack of oven, and cook for 10 minutes. Then turn off the oven lower heat, and turn on the upper heat. Cook pizzas for more 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese over them, be melted and golden.
